Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the UK currently - we are working on it though!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.  You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your package. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds, subject to our return policy.

Do your products contain allergens?

Please ensure you read the packaging of any item, prior to consumption, to look for any allergens. If you are unsure on any item, please contact info@sweetcentralltd.co.uk.


Are your products suitable for individuals with specific dietary needs?
As we are a new business, we currently offer a small range of sweet goodness. This is something we are looking into and hope to have a variety of items which cater for all dietary requirements. If you are unsure on an item, please email info@sweetcentralltd.co.uk and we will happily assist. 

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package online. If you have any issues with tracking or need further assistance, please contact our customer support.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Not currently.
